Terms of Use

1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of use of the Rezideo application (hereinafter "the Application"), as well as the rights and obligations of the parties. The Application is published by Rezideo SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €10,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register. Any registration or use of the Application implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the user.
2. Registration and account
To access the Application's features, users must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity on their account. In case of unauthorized use, users must immediately notify Rezideo. Users guarantee the accuracy of information provided during registration and commit to updating it as needed. Rezideo reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these Terms.
3. Use of service
The Application allows users to communicate with members of their condominium or residence, share information, organize events, and facilitate collective management of their living space. Users commit to using the Application in accordance with its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Any abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without notice or compensation.
4. User content
Users are solely responsible for content they publish on the Application, including texts, images, comments, and any other type of content. They guarantee that this content does not infringe on third-party rights and complies with applicable laws. By publishing content on the Application, users grant Rezideo a non-exclusive, free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display this content for the operation of the Application. Rezideo reserves the right to moderate, modify, or remove any content deemed inappropriate or contrary to these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the Application, including but not limited to texts, graphics, software, photographs, images, videos, sounds, plans, logos, trademarks, creations, and databases, are the exclusive property of Rezideo or its partners. Any representation, reproduction, adaptation, or exploitation of all or part of the content, trademarks, and services offered by the Application, by any means, without prior written authorization from Rezideo, is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
Rezideo commits to implementing all necessary means to ensure the availability and accessibility of the Application. However, Rezideo cannot be held liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or any other reason beyond its control. Rezideo disclaims all liability for data loss, direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Application. Users acknowledge using the Application at their own risk and under their sole responsibility.
7. Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time by submitting a request through the Application settings or by email. Termination results in the permanent deletion of the account and all associated data, subject to legal retention obligations. Rezideo reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's access in case of breach of these Terms, without notice or compensation. Upon termination, users lose access to all features and content of the Application.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless otherwise required by mandatory law. In case of difficulty with the application of these Terms, users may file a complaint with Rezideo's customer service. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with common law.
