1. Zero tolerance

Rezideo strictly prohibits any child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content or behaviour: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), soliciting a minor for sexual purposes (grooming), sextortion and any sexualisation of a child. This rule applies to posts, comments, photos, profiles and private messages, without exception.

2. A service for people aged 16 and over

Rezideo is made for the residents of a building and is not designed for children. Sign-up asks for the date of birth and refuses anyone under 16. Each residence is a private space: a new member only joins with the approval of the neighbours already registered.

3. Reporting content or a member

In the app, every post can be reported and every member can be blocked. Any child safety concern can also be reported to hello@rezideo.app with the subject "Child safety". These reports are handled as a priority.

4. What we do

Any child sexual abuse or exploitation content is removed as soon as we become aware of it, and the account that posted it is permanently closed. The information needed for an investigation is retained in accordance with the law.

5. Cooperation with the authorities

Rezideo reports such content to the competent national authorities, such as fedpol in Switzerland or the PHAROS platform in France, and responds to lawful requests from law enforcement.

6. Contact

For any question about these standards or about how Rezideo prevents child sexual abuse: hello@rezideo.app.
